"Not a great experience for us... won't be returning. My 7 yr old son who is known by anyone who deals with him, to be pleasant and easy going was trying to tell Marissa that she was hurting his head with the edge of one if her clippers. Instead of apologizing and adjusting, she continued on with a curt reply of 'If there's any tears, I will just quit doing this cut all together!' My son wasn't being dramatic, just letting her know that what she was doing was uncomfortable. Respecting other people is a basic courtesy that should be afforded whether that person is an adult or child. Fortunately, I was rt next to him and so told her to just 'do the best she could' so I could get my son away from her. Guess we'll never know what her hair cutting skill level actually is because her human skills were lacking."

"Great atmosphere here!! The staff was very helpful getting me and my son set up for the first time. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. Very professional and a positive environment. The shop is kept in excellent conditions, very clean and neat. Waiting time wasn't too bad considering we were walk-ins. But it is way better to check in online before u get there. Definitely coming back to this place and highly recommended. Prices were also fair compared to others shops."

"I'm a new client to Sport Clips. I came in 3/3 and Marissa did my hair and she was awesome and on point with my cut, styling and the MVP service was a surprise. Very enjoyable. What I will say..... is the TV's didn't matter. The dark haired fox working next to her with the long black hair and glasses had me mesmerized and distracted . Kudos to hiring Marissa and the dark haired fox. I will be returning."

"We like coming here but today was frustrating! 2 stylists on a busy Sunday? The appt board said we had an hour and a half wait. Really? Lots of people walked in saw the board and walked out. I'm hoping this is just one of those days."

"If you support this or any of the franchises owned by Terry cox (foothill ranch , Costa Mesa, and rancho Santa margarita.... well he used to own the one in fountain valley too but he lost that one and word on the street is because they didn't follow state board protocol. Makes you wonder about the other salons huh?) Anyways I digress, if you support his locations then you're essentially supporting slave labor. Frequently employees checks were short or they were missing tips. Ever wonder why there is such a high turnover rate? See above. Combined with that and the fact that employees rarely get their lawfully deserved breaks. Ever wonder why the wait time tends to be insanely long? Because the owner doesn't want mid shifts during the week day because he doesn't want to be required to give breaks. Even though employees end up working longer than 5 hours and don't receive a break nor the extra hour of pay as required by law. Also next time you go in there and they try to put product in your hair, check to see if there isn’t already hair in the product. Legally, they aren't supposed to "double dip" yet somehow there always seems to be hair in the product. That's a state board fine right there. Also this particular salon has gone weeks without the state board required disfincetation. Which is completely illegally to not disinfect your tools after each client. Anyways thanks for supporting sport clips where it's good to support slave labor and and the potential transfer of bacteria due to unsanitary equipment/products!"

This salon in particular has gone weeks without the proper disfenctant for the cutting tools. Which can spread bacteria like staoh and dermatitis Anyways thanks for supporting sport clips where it's good to support slave labor and and the potential transfer of bacteria due to unsanitary equipment/products!"

"Took my son again and he was taken care of by Clara. She did a great job. He's picky about his hair and he loves the cut. The place is clean, with great staff and is close to home for me. I will make this my place to get my hair cuts for my family from now on."
